We purchased our vacation package through SWA Oldest daughter wants to go now and has booked a flight on her own. Has any one ever had to add a person to an existing reservation and if so what would it cost room will accomadate just want to get her a band

    Hi Carol!

I hope I'm understanding your question correctly, so here goes!

If you purchased your package through another entity (SWA, for example), you are bound by their booking requirements, so you'll need to contact them to find out how to add your daughter to your vacation package, even though it sounds as if you'll only need to add her to your hotel segment only.  These changes would need to be made by the booking agent (SWA, in your case.)

Depending on the ages of the others in the room, you would pay an extra fee if there are more than 2 adults in the room, in most cases.  The fee starts at $10 a night per person over 2 adults for the room.

    Have a magical vacation!
