I purchased a vacation package for October 2023 for 2 Day stay at Paradise Pier and 2 days park passes through the website. I do not see my tickets linked where I would find them?

    Hi there Michelle,

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! I'm thrilled to hear you have a trip coming up this spooky season!

As for your theme park tickets, did you purchase your vacation package through Disneyland.com? If so, I would first check your inbox for a confirmation email - try searching for "Disneyland Confirmation." One of the emails you received should have a ticket confirmation number that you can use to link your tickets either in the Disneyland mobile app or on the Disneyland website. In the email, there should be a blue button that says "Access Your eTickets," which will get you the Ticket number you'll need to use while linking the tickets.

To do it in the mobile app, you'll tap the menu button (three vertical lines) and select "Tickets and Passes." Then you'll tap the "Link Tickets & Passes" tab and either scan the barcode or QR code with your camera or manually enter the ticket number. On the website, you can hover over "My Disneyland, " select "Link Tickets" and then manually enter the ticket number.

You'll be visiting the parks during one of my favorite times of the year - the Halloween season! There will be so many fun things to do, see, and eat, so make sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for more details about what is coming this year - including more information about Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party!

One other tip I have is to utilize the "secret" entrance to Disney California Adventure Park that you'll get to access since you're staying at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel! When you exit the hotel, you'll want to head toward Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa (you'll cross Disneyland Dr) but instead of using your hotel key card to buzz into the gate that would take you toward the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa entrance path, you'll use it to buzz into the other entry gate to the right - you should see signage that mentions Disney California Adventure entry for hotel guests.

You'll go through that gate and follow the sidewalk until you get to the entry gate! This is usually a very quick and easy entrance and the fastest way to get to Pixar Pier. Not to mention a fun little "secret" to share with the rest of your travel party!

Make sure to come back and see us here at planDisney if you think of any other ways we can help you plan your best trip ever! Thanks again for your question, Michelle.

    Have a Magical Day,
