I purchased a vacation package & I have not received our tickets. What happens if we can't make a reservation for the days we want to go because it's full?

Hello, Nicole! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for your question! I can see that you are eager to get your trip planned; I would be too! It feels so great to have your plans solidified, loaded up into your My Disney Experience account, and ready to go! I’d be happy to help you get on your way.

First off, if you purchased a vacation package, it likely has Theme Park Tickets associated with it. These Tickets will not be coming in the mail but instead can be viewed within your My Disney Experience account once you link your reservation there. Using the confirmation number provided to you upon booking, please navigate to your My Disney Experience Account and click on “Add Plans.” You can enter the number there, after which you may be asked to associate each Ticket with a Guest named on your Family & Friends list! Make sure everyone traveling is listed on your Family & Friends list before you proceed.

Nicole, I hope that this information helps you continue to make plans for yourself and your loved ones! Check the Park Pass availability calendar to see any unavailable Theme Parks within your chosen dates. I am now seeing availability on your arrival date and the two weeks following for all Theme Parks! With the excitement of the 50th-anniversary celebrations on the horizon, you are doing well to plan early! Please let us know if we can help with any other aspects of your vacation planning, as it is our passion and pleasure!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
