    I purchased a vacation package. I need to make a park reservation but the ticket number is not viewable

    Happy Haunts and welcome to planDisney, Melissa!

    You’re days away from the chills and thrills of Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort. I usually book my visits separately, rather than a package deal, but the process is fairly similar. By chance did you receive a confirmation number after purchasing your package? Many times you are able to use that confirmation to link package to your Disney account. Your Disney Resort Hotel and your tickets should be attached to that confirmation number.

    If this still doesn’t allow you to view your tickets, I recommend giving the Disneyland Resort a call. Keep your confirmation number handy so that you can provide that to the Cast Member over the phone. With that, the Cast Member should be able to help you locate your theme park tickets so that you can schedule your theme park reservations
