Greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Kristin!
Can you believe that your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner? You’ll be in time to enjoy
Walt Disney World Resort’s Autumn Festivities and
The World's Most Magical Celebration, the 50th Anniversary, how exciting!
Earlier, this year when Guests could purchase the
Disney Genie+ service as a theme park ticket add-on option with
Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages, planning took on a new dimension. Kristin, you should be able to see all your plans and purchases when you sign into your Disney account. Look for the
My Disney Experience planning tab and select
My Plans – Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets from the dropdown menu. Once you arrive on your
My Disney Experience - Welcome Kristin page, please scroll down until you see the title,
Kristin’s Plans and Tickets. Scroll down to
My Plans, Reservations and Tickets where you will be presented with your
Daily Itinerary by default, and a second tab for
Tickets and Memory Maker, please select this tab. You should be able to see the theme park tickets for all Guests on your vacation package reservation and all ticket information for any purchased options, such as the Disney Genie+ service and/or the Park Hopper Option for example. If you do not see the Disney Genie+ service listed with each theme park ticket, you will need to contact the
Walt Disney World Resort – Help Center for support.
Kristin, look through this comprehensive
Disney Genie+ service link for great tips and videos on how to access the service from your
My Disney Experience App during your visit. One thing I like to do is pre-select my favorite attractions, experiences and dining through the Disney Genie which will then offer a suggested itinerary of approximate wait times at both the standby and Lightning Lane entrances to help streamline my day.
Now would be a good time to update your profile to ensure your Disney affiliations are noted in your Disney account, especially with the new interactive smart television sets at many
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels – watching Disney+ after an exciting day at the theme parks is a great way to relax and unwind in your Guest Room.
Don’t forget those last-minute
Disney Dining Reservations and your
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid theme park admission.
I believe you're all set! It was my pleasure assisting you today, Kristin. I hope you find this information helpful and I wish you a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort!
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
