    I purchased a vacation package and I don’t see my park tickets linked. I am afraid I am going to miss the reservation window for parks.

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending us your great question about adding your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

    Amber, I’m sorry your theme park tickets were not automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your vacation package. The first step in linking your theme park tickets will be finding your confirmation number. This number should be found in your purchase e-mail.

    Once you have found your confirmation number, please click here to link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket to your account.

    If you cannot find your confirmation number, you will need to chat to a friendly Cast Member via chat, e-mail, or phone. Please visit the help center and choose how you would like to speak to a Cast Member on the top right of the page. If you want to call a Cast Member, you can navigate directly to the phone directory by clicking here and then dialing the number under “existing tickets”.

    As soon as you have your theme park tickets linked to your account, you can begin making your theme park reservations!
