    Hi! We purchased a vacation package as we are doing more than just Disney on our vacation. Our tickets are available at will call. Do we need to purchase the magic band or is it provided?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Keshia!

    As one of the benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, Guests receive complimentary MagicBands to use during their visit. These solid-color MagicBands will not only be your Resort room key but can also be set up to have charging privileges. I love the convenience of being able to charge meals, merchandise, entertainment and even spa treatments to my room using my MagicBand as payment. Be sure to log into your My Disney Experience account to customize your complimentary MagicBands with a favorite color and up to nine characters. 

    If you would like to purchase a theme park exclusive graphic MagicBand before your arrival, then take a look at the assortment of designs available from the Shop Disney Parks mobile app or online Disney Parks Store. You can have the items shipped to your home and once you receive your MagicBand, simply enter the 12-digit Band ID (located on the back) to your My Disney Experience account so you will be ready for your visit.
