    Hello! I purchased out vacation package through Costco travel. I already have a Disney confirmation number but I’m unable to link them to my Disney experience so we can reverse our spots which is extremely urgent are we are going 10/3/21-10/8/21 HELPPP!!

    I'm so excited to hEAR you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the horizon! It won't be long before you're walking right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A, surrounded by all the sights and sounds of The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm sure you're counting down the days!

    Purchasing a Walt Disney World travel package through Costco is a wonderful way to save some money on your pixie-dusted vacation. I'm sorry you've had issues getting your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account. I can help walk you through the steps to take to link your reservation to your account:

    • Sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and select "My Plans".
    • You should then reach a page that says "Nidia's Plans and Tickets" at the top.
    • Hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab, and select "Link a Reservation". 
    • This is where you'll need your Disney reservation number - in your confirmation email, you probably received a Costco confirmation number as well as a Disney confirmation number. The Disney-specific number is the one you'll need to enter on this page, as well as the name of the lead guest on the reservation. 
    • Once successfully linked, you should see your reservation information in your account. (You may need to refresh the page or log out and back in for it to appear.)
    If you follow all of these steps and are still unable to link your reservation, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for assistance. You can contact a Cast Member by using this online email form (make sure to include all of your reservation information and select "Disney Resort Hotel Reservations" as the subject line), or by calling the My Disney Experience Help Desk at (407) 939-4357.
