Hi Theresa!
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney! It sounds like you’re planning a big Disney vacation with family and friends next month!
I spoke to a Cast Member who told me at this time there is no limit to the number of tickets you can link to your My Disney Experience account. They explained that you can only link 10 tickets per transaction, which means you can link 10 tickets and then start the process again to link the remaining four tickets.
I also asked about printing your tickets at home before you arrive at Walt Disney World. Currently, you cannot print your tickets from the My Disney Experience app. Instead, you should have received a barcode with
ticket ID numbers at the time of purchase. You can take that to any
ticket window at Walt Disney World and the Cast Members will give you physical tickets to hand out to your travel party. While you’re at the ticket window, I recommend purchasing
Memory Maker at the special price offered for Eligible Service Members. Since you have a large travel party, you’ll need some help getting everyone in the photos and the
Disney PhotoPass photographers are perfect for the job!
If everyone in your party has a My Disney Experience account, they can manage their own ticket. By setting up the
Disney MagicMobile service on their mobile device, they can easily use their phone to tap into the theme parks and Lightning Lane entrances.
If you still need assistance linking your tickets, I recommend calling the number listed under “
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets” and speaking to a Cast Member.
Enjoy your Walt Disney World vacation, Theresa! If you have any more questions, please come visit us again at
