I would be happy to walk you through the steps to get your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account so that you can change your ticket dates.
If you are using the
My Disney Experience App on your smartphone, open the app and click on the three vertical bars in the lower right corner. You will open a menu with several buttons. Click on “
Tickets and Passes” and then the “
+” sign in the top right corner. This will allow you to click on the “
Link Tickets & Passes” and enter the confirmation number or Will Call ID number for each ticket. You will need to assign them to members of your travel party.
If you are using a computer, the process is very similar, after you log in to
My Disney Experience, click on the tab in the top right corner and then choose “
My Plans.” Scroll down and hover over the “
Park Tickets” button to “
Link Tickets” using your confirmation or Will Call ID numbers.
Now that all your tickets are linked and assigned, we can change your ticket dates. Using the mobile app, go back to the menu and click on the “
Tickets and Passes” button select the ticket that you want to change, and then “
Change Date.’ Keep in mind that theme park ticket pricing is based on the date you choose and you will be responsible for any difference in cost. Lastly, be sure to change your
Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible, but at least before your next visit.
