Hello, I purchased two tickets for sweetheart nite I wanted to know how will I show my tickets up front so they can scan &’ what does it mean when your ticket shows up 3+?. I am so confused since this is my first time purchasing😭

Hi Rosie! Thanks so much for coming to see us at planDisney! You are going to LOVE Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Nite and not just because it's a full-on celebration of all things Valentine's Day! So many sweet treats, surprises and I bet a few magical forget-me-not moments are in store for you!

I'm so excited to hear you have your tickets as this event sold out quickly! Your ticket is showing "3+" to indicate that someone over the age of 3 will be using it. I realize that's confusing, but not to worry! There are a few options for you when it comes to scanning your ticket at the entry gate:

    1) CONFIRMATION EMAIL: In your purchase confirmation email, there may be a button to "Access Your e-Tickets". If you have a smartphone, once you get to the gate, you can simply click on this button from your email and it will pull up your tickets with a bar code for the Cast Member to scan. I would test this out ahead of arrival to make sure it's linking properly.

    2) PRINT: If you access your e-tickets through the email at home, you can print out your tickets and take a hard copy with you, just be sure the bar code prints as well.

    3) DOWNLOAD THE DISNEYLAND MOBILE APP: This might be my favorite option as there are so many extras included within the app to make the most of your time in the parks. If you don't yet have an account, I would recommend creating one using the same email you used to purchase your tickets. Once your account is created and app is ready to go, find your way to the three-bar menu in the lower right-hand corner. From there, click on "Tickets and Passes". Your ticket may have linked itself if you were able to use the same email, but in the event that it did not, just click on the "+" in the top right-hand corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes". Here you will be able to manually enter the number for your Sweethearts' Nite tickets. You can link more than one ticket if you are coordinating plans for a group. When you reach the gate, you can simply pull the tickets up in the app and the Cast Member will scan them directly from your phone.

If you're able to, I would plan to head into Disneyland Park at 5 p.m. when your ticket becomes active. You'll get a few hours before the event starts to jump on some classic attractions and save time later for the special events that can only be experienced After Dark. Once the clock strikes 8 p.m., love will be in the air! Make your way through themed eats and sweets, grab a photo with your honey at the special Disney PhotoPass spots and be on the lookout for some of your favorite Disney love birds. And I can only imagine how romantic it will be to end the night watching a fireworks spectacular light up the sky!

Rosie, I sure hope this answered all your love day questions! You are in for such a special night. If you need anything else, come see us again real soon at planDisney!

    Keep wishing on those stars,
    Tara
