I purchased two tickets in 2020 prior to the pandemic, and so my tickets have expired however in the policy it says i can roll over the tickets towards new tickets? how can i proceed to do that?

    Hi Arturo, welcome to planDisney!

I have GOOD NEWS for you! You are correct, per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket!

You can get this done in one of two ways, you can visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth or call the Disneyland Resort Tickets line at 714-781-4636. Either way, the amazing Cast Members can help you out!

Also, as you proceed to purchase new tickets, you'll have a few options I want to point out. You'll be able to select either the one park per day option or the park hopper add-on for a one-time cost of $60. The option you select will be applied to all three days, so I highly recommend you opt for the park hopper option!

You'll also have the option to add the Disney Genie+ service to your tickets. Genie+ allows you to avoid the standby lines and access the Lightning Lane entrances for many attractions! My family and I just returned from a trip to the Disneyland Resort, and we heavily utilized Genie+. Another bonus perk about Genie+ is that it comes with unlimited Disney PhotoPass Digital Downloads!

I hope these tips were able to help, and if you have more questions, visit us again!

    See ya real soon!
