Jennifer from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We purchased two tickets for November 29th Jollywood but my son has a fever. Can we be credited towards another event or ticket?

Hey Jennifer, and a warm and very sparkly welcome to planDisney. Oh friend, my heart sank reading this. When pixie-dusted plans meet sniffles, that’s never the kind of holiday magic anyone hopes for. I’m sending your little one all the healing vibes and a cozy blanket of comfort.

As for your Jollywood Nights tickets, here’s the official word from the Disney script: Special event tickets, including Jollywood Nights, are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once they’re purchased for a specific date, Disney isn’t able to credit or move them to another event or day.

Now, here’s the hopeful silver lining. While nothing can be guaranteed, sometimes it can be worth speaking with a Cast Member directly to explain your situation. They can look at your specific reservation and offer the most up-to-date guidance.

Your best options are: Reaching out by phone through the Help Center, or, visiting any Guest Relations location if you happen to be nearby.

I’ve seen plenty of pixie-dusted outcomes over the years, and while there are no promises, it truly never hurts to kindly ask.

Most importantly, I hope your sweet boy feels better soon. And when everyone is back to full health, I hope you find yourselves wrapped up in holiday fun at Walt Disney World Resort because nothing twinkles quite like Disney at Christmastime.

Sending a big sprinkle of starry-night magic your way,

    Emille
