I purchased two tickets for magic kingdom. Today I tried to add another ticket to my park reservation and I can’t get them to link.

    Greetings, Colleen!

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like Wreck-It Ralph must have slid into your technology! Luckily my pal, Fix-It Felix, is ready to take on the job! Let’s see what he can do to help you out!

First, you’ll want to make sure that your ticket is linked to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. To do this, visit the “My Plans” page, select “Link Tickets”, and be sure it is assigned to the correct party member.

From there, visit the Disney Park Pass Reservation System page, and select the “Make a Reservation” button. As long as there is availability at Magic Kingdom Park for the day in which you’d like to add a Guest (with valid admission) then you should have no problem getting a Park Pass Reservation added to that day.

If you find that you are still having difficulties linking the ticket to your account to secure a Disney Park Pass Reservation, you may want to call a friendly Cast Member! They should be able to help you link your ticket and further help you with Park Pass Reservations.

I hope you have a lovely trip, Colleen! If you have additional questions, we’d be delighted to hear from you again at planDisney!

Meet the Panelist: Allyn, Florida

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
