Hello there, Katrina! We appreciate you dropping by planDisney with your questions and we are happy to try to help you out.
If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website or app, you should have theme park ticket reservations, since those are booked along with the purchase of the tickets. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to your Disney accounts or information, so I cannot check for you, but I can walk you through the steps to look! If you want someone to double-check for you, you will need to contact
Ticket Services and see if a Cast Member can look into that for you.
To check to see if you have theme park ticket reservations, I suggest downloading the
Disneyland app to check. This will be your best friend while you are in the parks to navigate your day, so downloading it now is a good idea. First, when you open the app, you can log in to your Disney account on the homepage. Then you will click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right. There you will click on "Future Plans". If you have theme park ticket reservations for any tickets linked to your account they will show up right here.
If your tickets aren't linked to your account because you purchased them from somewhere else you can link them to your account and look again. If they do not have theme park ticket reservations, you can click the "+" at the menu bar at the bottom and click on "Make a Park Reservation". At the time of writing this, I don't see availability for your dates, but this doesn't mean that availability is gone for good. I suggest you keep looking frequently. The
calendar is fluid and reservations can open up as Guests cancel.
Katrina, I really hope you have theme park ticket reservations and you are good to go. Please come back and visit us again with any other questions you have.
Carrie
