I just purchased two tickets for Disneyland on June 19th and when I clicked on reservations, it says that I can't get reservations- what do I do now?

Well hey there, Maria. Thanks for stopping by with your question. We're so glad you dropped by and I'm delighted to help.

Hooray! Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is nearly here, so let's make sure you're ready to go with your theme park ticket and reservation. Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that you are running into this, Maria. I think it just may be that you already have a reservation for this day, but let's double-check to make sure.

When purchasing your ticket from the Disneyland site, you are prompted to select the day(s) of your visit which creates your theme park reservation. At the site, go to "My Plans" which can be found under the heading "My Disneyland" towards the top right of your screen. Here you will find any theme park reservations that you have secured. If you see your day(s) listed here, you are good to go! You can also find this in the Disneyland app by tapping "☰" in the lower right and then the "Future Plans" tile. Here you will find a list of any theme park reservations that you have. If you don't see a reservation in either of these places, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member for help with Tickets

It's always a good time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth, but it's especially magical with all the festivities of the Disney100 Celebration happening right now. There are two new nighttime spectaculars to behold and if you can, I say don't miss the "Magic Happens" Parade. The music, performers and floats are truly something to be seen. I just returned from my visit and still have the song dancing around in my head. Oh, and as part of the celebration, you will receive complimentary PhotoPass digital downloads of attraction photos. So get your smile ready!

I hope this helps, Maria. Most importantly I hope that you'll find your theme park reservation and won't have to worry anymore. If you find yourself with other questions, please come back to see us.

    Have a magical visit!
