    I have purchased two tickets for the Disney very merry Christmas event but my holiday was cancelled (due to fly out on the 3rd November) due to the borders not being opened in time. Would I be able to get a refund under these circumstances?

    As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it's my pleasure to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot!

    I'm genuinely sorry to know that your jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort were cancelled due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions for us Brits to enter the United States of America.  It's such a shame that your travel dates were oh-so-close to when these previous restrictions were finally lifted for us on November 8th, 2021.

    Cara, I totally understand your ticket refund concerns, but the terms and conditions of the tickets for Disney Very Merriest After Hours do indeed state that they are both non-transferable, and non-refundable once purchased. 

    I understand that this isn't the news you were hoping to hEAR, however, I would suggest that you speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully advise on any possible alternatives that may be open to you.  It's easy to speak with Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Contact Us link.
