Andrea from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I just purchased two tickets to California adventure for February and it’s saying my passes have reached reservation limits but I was able to get a QR code sent to my email for reservations, does that mean my reservations are set?

    Hi Andrea!

Thank you for visiting us at planDisney to make sure that you are all set for your upcoming adventure at Disney California Adventure Park! You will be arriving to catch the final day of the Lunar New Year Celebration and I highly recommend a stop by the Lunar New Year Marketplaces to sip and snack on the delicious Asian-inspired offerings. You can even spot Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession and ring in the Year of the Tiger with Tigger!

I'm excited about your upcoming visit and you are correct that a park reservation is required for entry. I want to help to make sure that you have everything set for your arrival date. If you have received an email from Disneyland Reservations with a message that says your theme park reservation is confirmed, along with a Confirmation Number, you should be good to go. Scroll down in the email to confirm that your Park Reservation Date is indeed the date that you are planning to go, and that your Selected Park is correct.

Andrea, have you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App? Once you have, you can also link your tickets and confirm your future plans. Enter the app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. From there, click on the "Tickets and Passes" rectangle. It's the second from the top on the left-hand side of the screen. You may link your tickets and passes by either scanning the barcode of the ticket or entering the ID number. Once your tickets are linked, you may check to see that your reservations are linked in the "Future Plans" section of the app. You can find this directly next to the "Tickets and Passes" rectangle. If you click that and see your upcoming reservations, you are good to go!

If you are having difficulties or require further assistance, I would recommend that you get in touch with the Cast Members at Guest Information where they will be happy to help.
I hope that I've provided the answer you needed, and I wish you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth.

May your day be filled with smiles and memories,
