Hello Kristina,
It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney!
I can understand why you'd love to visit the Disneyland Resort again and spend time enjoying all the magic that awaits you at
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. There's simply so much fun to be enjoyed. I'm sure Mickey and all his pals look forward to seeing you, too!
Depending on the type of tickets that you purchased and their original expiration dates, there's a possibility that the expiration dates have been extended. There are a number of ticket types for which the Disneyland Resort extended expiration dates, including some one-day tickets and multi-day tickets. You can take a look at the
"Modifications and Cancellations" information to see the details of the ticket types and their new expiration dates.
The additional good news to share is that, if your tickets have expired, you should be able to apply the price that you paid for them towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.
My suggestion is to
call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with the team about the specific expiration dates for the tickets you purchased.
Once you get your theme park tickets all straightened out and linked to your Disneyland Resort account, you can use the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to look for dates when theme park reservations are available to select. You can then use the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system to make your theme park reservations.
Kristina, I'm sure you're excited to imagine all the fun you'll have when you return to the Disneyland Resort. If you'd like any suggestions from the planDisney panelists as you make your plans to return, just ask. I also recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog as a great way to stay up to date on all the Disneyland Resort news.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
