I purchased two sets of Canadian Res tickets with park hopper options in February of 2020. Our trip has been postponed and we are now scheduled for arrival May 2022. How do I get the tickets transferred to our new reservation?

    Hi Timothy,

Welcome to planDisney, we are delighted you stopped by with your question about expired Theme Park Tickets.  I am so happy to see that you have re-booked your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, we can all use some more Disney magic in our lives!

In order to use the value of your expired Theme Park Tickets toward new Theme Park Tickets you will need to call and speak to a Cast Member who will be happy to get you all set up.  Be sure to have your existing Theme Park Ticket numbers or the confirmation number prior to calling, because the Cast Member will ask for this information.

Once you have your new Theme Park Tickets please don't forget to make Theme Park Reservations.  Guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket and Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter into a Theme Park.  I also recommend checking out all of the new and exciting experiences available for guests as part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration, it looks incredible!

I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort next spring, Timothy.  If you have any other questions as your vacation approaches please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
