Hey there Ron,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question. Your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you know it!
Currently, to enter one of the theme parks of the Disneyland Resort, you need both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day of your visit. If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website then you likely already made your reservations when you purchased the tickets.
I can't see the details of your tickets or account, but the message you're receiving sounds like one I've heard people receive when they already have theme park reservations set for each day available for their ticket type. For example, if you have a 3-day ticket and made theme park reservations for three days during the purchase process then you would need to cancel or reschedule one of those existing reservations instead of trying to book a new reservation.
The most convenient way that I like to check on this is through the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. Once you sign in, you should see any currently set reservations listed under each day of your trip on this page.
The only other situation I can think of where I've heard people running into an issue somewhat similar to yours is when they do not have an existing reservation, but try to book on a day where there are no more theme park reservations available. However, when looking at the
Reservation Availability Calendar, it looks like there are reservations available for both parks as of the time that I'm answering this question.
If you're still running into issues, I would recommend reaching out to a
Cast Member at the Tickets line. They should be able to better help you with the specific details of your situation.
Thanks again for your question, Ron! Enjoy your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
