    I purchased two Florida residents tickets online in January. We haven't been able to visit yet. Where are the Will Calls located to pick up the tickets?

    Hello Sharifa!

    So glad to hear from a fellow Floridian! The Will Call locations are located at the very entrance of the parks. I believe you can even pick up your tickets at any ticketing window at the entrance of the parks. You can also stop by the Guest Relations Office in Downtown Disney and get those there as well. Be sure to bring your Florida Drivers License or Florida ID card as you will need to present these to the Cast Member.
