Hi Lisa and welcome to PlanDisney!
I can certainly understand how having alternative plans can throw a wrench on your overall Walt Disney Resort plans, especially when it comes to your theme park ticket usage dates.
Though the
theme park tickets are non-refundable, the good news is that you do have options. I recommend adjusting your first usage date in the
Disney Park Pass System to March 3 (instead of March 2) to accommodate the dates you will not use your theme park tickets but have available for March 7. Please note that after the first usage date, you will not be able to make changes to your tickets, including the ticket dates. The changes must to made prior to midnight ET of the day before your ticket’s first valid use date. Though no change fee is required to modify, please note that you are responsible for any additional costs associated with the new dates of your tickets, if applicable. You can make these changes via the
My Disney Experience app.
In addition, do not forget to ensure that your theme park reservations correspond to the new dates you plan to visit. I hope this helps.
Please let us know if you require additional assistance prior to your arrival.
Have a magical time!
