Hey Howdy Hey Jennifer and welcome to planDisney!
I am so glad to hear you are planning to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth real soon! Thank you so much for your question as times early in the pandemic were filled with unprecedented actions all around. Considering your travels were interrupted by the pandemic and you did not use your park tickets, you should still have access to them or at least the credit for what you paid. Let's first run through how to check them on your
My Disney Experience account.
To check to see if you still have tickets to assign to specific dates, log on to your My Disney Experience account and go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. In that section, you should see a heading titled "Tickets & Memory Maker" and is where you should see any tickets that you may still have. Depending on the timing and how Disney modified your ticket, you should see it there with a link to "Change Ticket". Once there you should be able to move the dates of the ticket to your new travel dates.
If you do not see your tickets there, Hakuna Matata Jennifer, with a quick
call Disney at (407) 934-7639 a Cast Member will be happy to get things straightened out for you. Try and see if you can find the email confirmation number you received with your initial purchase or the credit card you used to make this step a little easier.
Since you and your daughter are going to be in Walt Disney World to celebrate Mother's Day, I would suggest looking into the various offerings Disney has in their
Enchanting Extras Collection for special ways to make your trip extra Magical. I would suggest two of my favorite, or I should say my wife and daughter's,
The Grand Floridian Spa as well as
Capture Your Moment photoshoot inside the parks. The Grand Floridian Spa has many offerings that you and your daughter might be able to enjoy together such as a manicure for two! Capture Your Moment can be booked in any of the four theme parks and is a private 20-minute session to capture your Magical trip with Disney park icons such as Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom or the Tree of Life in Disney's Animal Kingdom.
I hope this process works smoothly for you and one last tip. Make sure to book your
Theme Park Reservations as well once you can reschedule your park tickets. Good luck with your planning and let us know if you have any further questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
