Hi Kathy,
Welcome to planDisney!
First things first, create a
My Disney Experience account and
link those theme park tickets to that account. Once those tickets are linked, you should be able to check the expiration date. To do so, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and scroll down, look to the left, and click on Tickets & Memory Maker. If using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and then click on Tickets and Passes.
If your tickets will not be valid through your new visit dates, then I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone to discuss options. I suggest that you take these steps quickly so that you can make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit. Looking at your arrival date, your visit will occur soon after the launch of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. This is sure to be a busy time of year, so stay focused on planning.
Make note of your
advanced dining reservation window and make those reservations 60-days prior to arrival. Make sure you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App and have setup your
Disney MagicMobile service. We loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in and
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. Prior to your 60-day dining reservation window opening, be sure to make a prioritized list of the restaurants you plan to reserve. Reserve the ones that you suspect might be the hardest to book first. For example, we always book Be Our Guest Restaurant first.
Kathy, keep an eye on the
operational updates as policies and procedures could change. We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
