A valid theme park ticket and
theme park reservation are required for entrance into Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. It sounds like you purchased your tickets at the Disneyland site which would have prompted you to select the date of your visit which would also create a theme park reservation for you. I'm thinking that you most likely already have a theme park reservation which is why you might be seeing this message, and we can double-check just to make sure.
At the Disneyland site, log into your MyDisney account and click on "Theme Park Reservations" which can be found under the heading "My Disneyland" towards the top right of the screen. Next, click the button to "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and the next screen will show you all of your confirmed theme park reservations. If you see a reservation for each of your tickets, then you're good to go!
