    I purchased Two annual passes several months ago and have not been able to use them or make any reservations. Can I cancel my pass and get a refund?

    I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to use your Disneyland Resort Magic Key Passes. According to the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Terms and Conditions, passes cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable. The good news is that you have one year from the date you purchased the passes to activate them! If by chance you are unable to use them before the unactivated pass expiration date, the pass will expire. The amount paid for an unactivated, expired pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new Magic Key Pass at the then-current price as long as the new pass purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original pass. The then-current terms, conditions, and privileges associated with the newly purchased pass will apply at that time.
