We purchased a trip package, and then made park reservations online. We have a QR code and confirmation number in our email, but not a barcode. When we try to link this in the app by scanning the QR code, it gives an error that it is not valid.

Hi there! I'm always happy to help a fellow Tara and Disneyland enthusiast! With a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you are well on your way to having magic at your fingertips! Truly, there is nothing better than staying overnight at the Happiest Place on Earth. Imagine strolling out of the parks and leaving the music and sparkling lights behind, humming those Disney tunes and settling into your room sprinkled in a day's worth of pixie dust. And of course, waking up to those Mickey waffles!

When you purchase a vacation package, your theme park tickets and corresponding barcodes will actually be available to you starting four days ahead of your arrival. You will see them drop into the account linked to the email used to purchase the package. I highly recommend downloading the Disneyland Mobile App ahead of time. You'll easily be able to check on those tickets by navigating to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and selecting "Tickets & Passes". If you don't see anything and you are within four days of your arrival, give our Guest Services team a call or chat with them online to ensure everything is linked correctly. When you reach the Main Entrance Gate, you will need to show both the barcode for your ticket in addition to the QR code for your theme park reservation. Just a quick scan and the magic is yours!

The Disneyland Mobile App is truly like having a VIP tour guide in my pocket while I move through the parks. Not only can you check attraction wait times, mobile order meals and treats, make dining reservations, or add your name to a Mobile Dine Walk-Up list, you can also use it to check out at select merchandise locations. With all of these time-saving features, you'll save some precious Disneyland minutes and maybe even grab a Doom Buggy and take an extra tour through the Haunted Mansion! The app has also recently been given even more cosmic powers through the Disney Genie Service! Ahead of your park days, let the Genie know your favorite things to do, interests and food preferences, and ... POOF! Each morning of your visit, he will prepare a customized itinerary just for you AND make updates as you go through your park day. Seamlessly magical Disney days ahead!

From one Tara to another, I truly hope you found this helpful in your planning. I just know you are in for some forever memory-making! If you have any other questions, we are always here for you at planDisney!

    Keep wishing on those stars,
    Tara
