Hello, Melissa! Yay! I'm so excited that you have three magical days at the Disneyland Resort coming up!
If you purchased a one park per day
ticket, then you can use that ticket to visit either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day. You don't need to do anything special to visit Disney California Adventure Park for one day. Just head there in the morning and have a great time. Then the other two days, you use the same ticket to enjoy Disneyland Park. If you purchased a park hopper ticket, then you can visit both parks on the same day if you would like. You could even hop back and forth between parks all day long if you were feeling really adventurous.
Don't forget that your three-day ticket entitles you to one
Magic Morning. This grants you entry one hour early at Disneyland Park on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. I always recommend taking advantage of this extra time because you can really see and do a lot first thing in the morning. If you happen to be staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, then you have access to
Extra Magic Hour every day of your trip! This not only includes early entry to Disneyland Park on the days listed above, but also exclusive early access to Disney California Adventure Park on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
I hope this information was helpful. If you want some tips on how to make the most out of your day at Disney California Adventure Park, return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and we would love to help you continue to plan!
