I purchased a travel package and can see our hotel and 2 day reservations on the app but cannot find our actual 2 day park hopper tickets anywhere. Where do I find tickets?

Hello, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!

I'm thrilled to hear that you booked a Disneyland Resort vacation package and will soon be enjoying all the magic and wonder of the Happiest Place on Earth! With your vacation package, your actual theme park tickets will be linked to your Disneyland Resort account four days before your arrival date. You will use these eTickets to access the parks each day. You will also be given a physical ticket the first time you enter either park that you can use for the remainder of your trip if you wish.

If you haven't already, make sure that you have theme park reservations set up for each day of your vacation. You can do this at any time with your vacation package confirmation number. On the "Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page, click the "Make Park Reservations" button. After logging into your account, you'll be directed to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Scroll down and click "Retrieve Hotel Reservation." After entering your confirmation number, last name, and arrival date, you will be directed back to make theme park reservations.

I hope your visit to the Disneyland Resort is full of magic and memories!
