    I purchased a toy for my son at the Animal Kingdom on our way out. Upon opening the toy (three disney buses) the tires immediately fell off. I can not find a phone number anywhere for the store in which we purchased it. How do we contact anyone about this?

I have my very own Walt Disney World toy bus, a special souvenir from my first year on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and I also have a car-obsessed kiddo, so I know just how important these kinds of things can be. You’ve got a friend in me!

    I’m sorry to hear you received a broken toy, and I have a feeling Walt Disney World’s Cast Members will want to make it right. Your best bet is to contact Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If you have your receipt, it should be easy for them to identify the item; if not, provide as thorough a description as you can, including the shop where it was purchased.
