I’m sorry to hear you received a broken toy, and I have a feeling Walt Disney World’s Cast Members will want to make it right. Your best bet is to
contact Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If you have your receipt, it should be easy for them to identify the item; if not, provide as thorough a description as you can, including the shop where it was purchased.
