Disney's Hollywood Studio's Tower of Terror

    We purchased Tower of Terror photo but it never uploaded. How can we retrieve it?

    I am a big fan of Disney PhotoPass service and the magical job they do at capturing the pixie-dusted memories I make with my family while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. We always have a great time looking at our photos upon returning home and remembering all the fun we had at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    I am sorry to hear you are missing The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror photos purchased during your visit. I recommend linking all the MagicBands and Key to the World cards you may have used the day the photo was taken and purchased, including Disney PhotoPass cards. If you still cannot see your picture, report a missing photo online or contact the Disney PhotoPass team for assistance.
