If you purchased tickets through the Disneyland Mobile App or official website, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. Just because you canceled a reservation does not mean your ticket is automatically removed. If you can’t find your tickets in the
Disneyland Mobile App or on your
Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you first made the purchase. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there may be able to assist you further.
It is worth noting that you are no longer required to cancel a
Theme Park Reservation in order to modify the date of your visit. If you decide you’d like to change the dates, you may do so by logging in to your Disneyland Account and selecting "My Disneyland." Then, click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." Then follow the steps to select your new preferred date.
