    Hello, I’ve purchased 3 tkts and received a 10 digit confo number by email, but cannot link it to the desired park . What went wrong? Thanks

    Hello Eyal, and welcome to planDisney!  I'm so pleased that you've taken the time to drop by with such an important question for us to help you with.

    Eyal, you've already purchased your 3 Disney Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, and I notice that your magical trip is right around the river bend in only a few days' time - how zip-a-dee-doo-dah excited you must be right about now!

    I have some great news to share with you, Eyal!  With your Will Call eTicket confirmation number, you should be able to go right ahead and link your Disney Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account. 

    Once your eTickets are successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account, it will then enable you to begin making those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your upcoming Disney vacation.

    Typically, it is straightforward to link Disney Theme Park eTickets purchased via Disney.DisneyWorld.go.com to My Disney Experience by using the numbers located beneath the barcode found on your Will Call eTicket voucher which you received within the PDF attached to your email.

    To link Disney Theme Park Tickets to My Disney Experience -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue following the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are found located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

    Eyal, hopefully now with just a little faith, trust, and pixie-dust you should be all set for your upcoming vacation towards the end of this month.  If however, you are still having a spot of bother, then I would suggest speaking in person with a tech-savvy Cast Member who will be able to access your My Disney Experience account, and of course, help you further.

    To connect with a Cast Member, dial the phone number for My Disney Experience and MagicBands contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
