Hello Traci,
I'm excited for you that you are making plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort after having to cancel your original plans. There's so much magic awaiting you, and I can imagine you're looking forward to all the fun.
It sounds like you
purchased theme park tickets and made theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system, and that's great to hear. If you cancelled your theme park reservations through your "My Plans" features in your My Disney Experience account, your theme park tickets should have remained linked to your account such that you could make new theme park reservations.
One suggestion I can offer is to check your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area of your
"My Plans" page to see if your theme park tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account.
You can also check your theme park tickets in the
My Disney Experience mobile app by tapping on the "Tickets and Passes" tile which is available from the app menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right of the screen).
If you're still not seeing your theme park tickets displaying as expected and are unable to make theme park reservations, my suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort and speak with a Cast Member who can look at the issue with you. I know you mentioned that you tried calling the Walt Disney World Resort, and were not able to connect with a Cast Member. The phone lines can be really busy as Cast Members assist Guests. One idea is to call early if possible. You can contact the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639. You can also try connecting with a Cast Member using the
online chat service, or using the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
Traci, I'm hopeful for you that you can make your theme park reservations to visit the Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy all the magic that awaits you!
Jerry
