    Hi. I purchased tix that expired dec 2020. How can I redeem them for face value toward another ticket? Thank you, Kim Anaheim, ca

    Hi Kim, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your great question.  I am happy to see you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort, I bet you are just as excited as I am to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth! 

    I have good news, Kim.  With the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets had the expiration dates automatically extended to December 16, 2021.  I suggest linking your Tickets to your Disney Account, and once they are linked you should be able to see the new expiration date in the Disneyland Mobile App.  If you have linked your Theme Park Tickets prior to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort you will need to re-link your tickets to see the updated expiry date.  

    If the expiry date still shows December 2020 after linking your Theme Park Tickets please call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will gladly assist with your Tickets.  Should you need to purchase new Theme Park Tickets using the value of your expired Theme Park Tickets they will also be able to point you in the right direction!
