I purchased 7 tix for my 3 adult children and to grandkids. How do I link/assign the tix for the grandkids? Do I have my kids add them under their profile and then I can see and link the grandkids?

    Bonjour Brian!

Thank you so much for sending us your question, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am always so happy to help fellow Canucks plan their Disney vacation, and I am honoured to be a part of your planning journey. There is truly nothing better than having fun at the Walt Disney World Resort in the Florida sun after a long winter. Don't you agree?

Now, let's talk about your tickets and how you can earn the title of "best grandpa ever"! Regarding your question, you can certainly link the tickets to your kids and grandkids yourself. But first, you will need to make sure that everyone in your party shows up in your Family & Friends List. To do so, you will have to connect with your kids on My Disney Experience by clicking on "My Friends & Family" and then on "Add a Guest." If you have a resort reservation planned together, you should be able to add everybody by clicking on the option "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." If you do not share a Resort reservation, you can also connect with your kids by entering their information in "I'll enter their name and age." Make sure to click on "Invite this Guest to connect" and enter the email associated with your kids' My Disney Experience accounts. If your grandkids are old enough to have their own account, you can repeat this step for each of your grandkids. However, if they are young enough to be managed by their parents' profiles, you will have to click on "Add a Guest" again and "Find through my connected Guests." There, you should be able to add your grandkids. If you are still experiencing issues connecting with them, I recommend contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. I always turn to Cast Members whenever I need help, and they will be able to link you and your tickets with your grandchildren.

Once everyone has been connected, you will be able to link your tickets to the appropriate profiles by clicking on "Add More Plans" in the "My Plans" section of My Disney Experience. Also, make sure to create theme park reservations for all members of your party for each of your park days, as theme park reservations are currently required in addition to valid theme park admission. Then, you will be all set to enjoy the Disney magic with your grandkids! I highly recommend taking your grandkids to watch Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade during your vacation, which has finally returned to the Magic Kingdom Park. No matter their age, your grandkids are sure to enjoy the famous parade, its impressive parade floats and its many characters!

I hope this was helpful, Brian, and that you and your grandkids will make memories that will last a lifetime on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, especially from one Canuck to another!

    Have a magical day,
