    We purchased the 3-times ticket for $150 last year but only went once because of the lock down. That was the promotion deal. Recently, we checked , it only has one time left. I want to know why and how this will work to enter the theme park again.

    It sounds like you purchased a promotional theme park ticket, and you're expecting to see that you have two admissions remaining, though you're only seeing one. 

    My best suggestion is for you to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. The team with Ticket Services can give you guidance based on the specifics of the tickets you purchased. 

    It's helpful to keep in mind that call volumes have been running high recently, and so wait times to speak with a Cast Member for assistance could be longer than typical.

    Tina, I'm hopeful that you can get your theme park ticket questions addressed so you can make your theme park reservations to enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.
