    I purchased 4 tier 2 tickets for 10/26/21. Plans have changed. How do I upgrade these tickets to tier 5 so that we can attend one day during 12/21-12/27. Thank you.

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are honored to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM!

    Mickey Mouse and his friends totally understand when plans change, so I am very happy to inform you that you most certainly CAN upgrade your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets to Tier Five tickets. I do want you to know that the only way to make this upgrade is in person at a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Booth. Unfortunately, you are not able to make ticket upgrades over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. I also want to make sure you are aware that you will be required to make a new Disneyland Theme Park Reservation with your upgraded tickets. The GREAT thing is that you can make your theme park reservation in your Disneyland Mobile App. 

    NOTE: You can monitor reservation availability by looking now at the Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar. I do want you to be aware that the holiday season is a very busy time at the Disneyland Resort, so please keep this in mind as you look at your December dates.
