I purchased tickets yesterday and didn’t receive the CA resident special discount. Can I get a credit for the difference?

Hi there, Dawn! Thanks for your question!

The California Resident Ticket offer is a great deal for California residents wanting to visit the Disneyland Resort. This ticket offer must be purchased directly and isn't automatically applied to other tickets. Unfortunately, refunds and credits are not available. But, you can feel free to use those tickets to visit the parks any time up until those tickets expire. Since the California Resident Tickets are only valid until September 30, 2021, you might consider holding on to your regular tickets to use the last few months of the year and then purchase the California Resident Ticket offer for any visits before September 30th.

Keep in mind that no matter which ticket type you have, theme park reservations are required for every day you wish to visit. It's always a good idea to check the theme park reservation availability calendar before making any plans. Additionally, if you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day and then starting at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.

    I hope this helps!
