    Hi there! I purchased tickets for the wrong park! Is there any way for me to switch my tickets from Disneyland to Califort Adventure? Or are we able to purchase a park hopper pass still?

    As your visit to Disneyland Resort is in the near future, and because you are considering adding the park hopper option to your theme park tickets, I recommend contacting Disneyland Resort – Tickets as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, I will give you a couple of things to consider in preparation for your telephone call. Firstly, you have the option of continuously checking the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if any dates open up for Disney California Adventure Park, as many Guests do cancel thereby opening spots for others. Secondly, you can add the park hopper option to your tickets during your telephone call. 

    Anu, if you add the park hopper option to your tickets, the way the Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservation system works for park hoppers is that you would have to visit your first reserved theme park and then at 1:00 PM or later you would be able to visit the second theme park, pending availability. Therefore, in your case, you could make a Theme Park Reservation for Disneyland Park, enter Disneyland Park, and then at 1:00 PM or later enter Disney California Adventure Park, pending availability. It would be wise to enable your mobile device notification settings for Disneyland, and then in the Disneyland Mobile App enable the Mobile Device Notifications setting (located in My Profile on your Welcome page) so that you can receive push notifications regarding theme park availability and other important information during your visit.

    While in My Profile to update Mobile Device Notifications, you should update the Payment Method in the Disneyland Mobile App to facilitate vacation essential app transactions, such as Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and the purchase of the Disney Genie+ service, for example.
