I purchased tickets through my work/union discount site and it says I need to present the voucher with my ID to the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth to pick up my will call tickets. What time does the ticket booth open?

Hi there, Angelina! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

I'm so glad that it sounds like you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort soon! You'll be glad to know that the ticket booths open one hour prior to the earliest scheduled park opening. So, for instance, if one of the parks is open for Extra Magic Hour/Magic Morning at 7:00 a.m. on the day you arrive, then you can expect the ticket booths to be open by 6:00 a.m. And getting to the parks early is definitely a good idea! You can get so much done in the early hours as crowds are typically pretty low.

Depending on the length of ticket you purchased through your work, you might be even be eligible for early entry. Most three-day or longer theme park tickets entitle the Guest to one Magic Morning at Disneyland Park on either a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. This means you can enter the park one hour before general admission opening on one of those days. During this time, you can explore most of Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. So if taking a ride on Space Mountain is on the top of your must-do list, then head there first thing in the morning!

I hope this information was helpful. Have a glorious time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
