Hi I purchased tickets through my work site. Called Tickets at work. The tickets they gave me are via email. The id number for the ticket does now allow me to make a reservation though. Please help.

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there. Derek!

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, I’ll be more than happy to help! As a military family, we often buy our tickets at our local military ticketing office instead of the official Disneyland Resort website. Sometimes, I also run into a little trouble when trying to link my tickets. Let’s see if I can help walk you through some troubleshooting tricks!

Before you schedule your Theme Park Reservations, you’ll want to make sure that you’ve correctly linked your ticket to your Disneyland account. You can do this by first signing into your Disney account either on the desktop site or the mobile app. From there you will want to select ‘Link Tickets’. After that, you will either take a photo of the barcode to link your ticket or type in the barcode manually. Once your ticket is linked, then you will be able to continue with scheduling your reservations.

If you still seem to be having difficulty, I recommend making sure your app is up-to-date, or if working on the desktop site, making sure you are using one of the recommended web browsers

Derek, I hope this helps get your tickets linked so that you can schedule your Theme Park Reservations. If you are still having trouble please give the Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to further assist you.

Thanks again and we will see ya real soon!
