    Hello I purchased tickets 2 weeks ago for June 17th. I would like to know if I can get a refund. When I purchased I thought it would still be partially open. Now it was announced that it will be full capacity.

    I do want to let you know that theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort are nonrefundable. The good news is that you have ample opportunity to use the tickets to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park at a time that's right for you.

    If you just purchased your tickets, they likely are valid through 2022 or a bit longer depending on whether you purchased one-day tickets or multi-day tickets. In the event that you don't use the tickets before they expire, the current policy is that you can apply the amount you paid for the tickets towards the purchase of new tickets.

    Carla, one suggestion I'll offer to help you with your planning is to check for the latest theme park updates so you can stay in the know. You can also follow the Disney Parks Blog to learn about what's new and exciting at the Disneyland Resort.

    Here's hoping you get to plan a visit to the Disneyland Resort real soon!
