The best place to start would be to check the email confirmation that you received when you purchased your
Theme Park Tickets online. In it, you’ll find a confirmation number that will allow you to link your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account (as well as the accounts for the other members of your party). You don’t necessarily need to receive cards in the mail, unless you specifically requested that they be shipped to you. If you chose “Will Call” as your delivery method and you already have an active
MagicBand or Card, then you won’t even need to pick anything up before visiting your first Theme Park.
If you’re still having trouble figuring out what kinds of tickets you’ve purchased and how to activate them, please
contact Walt Disney World Resort and they’ll help untangle your plans in no time!
Finally, please note that if you purchased any kind of special ticket (DVC member, Florida Resident tickets, etc.), then you will have to visit a
Guest Relations window at any Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park or Disney Springs before using your tickets.
