Hey there Ana,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to make it for your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth earlier this month, but I imagine I have good news for you.
When it comes to visiting the Disneyland Resort, you need two things: (1) valid
theme park tickets and (2)
theme park reservations for each day of your visit.
As long as your theme park tickets are not expired, which you can check in the email confirmation you would've received when you purchased them, and wholly unused then your tickets should be all set to use at a later date.
The specifics of this do depend on the type of ticket you purchased, so again I would refer to the terms and conditions of the ticket in your confirmation email. However, as an example, if you purchased multi-day tickets today then they would need to be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2025, whichever comes first.
It's your theme park reservations that will need to be adjusted once you get a new date for your visit! Typically, you can make new theme park reservations on the Disneyland Resort website through the "
My Plans" page, but I have heard from some Guests who have experienced issues updating theme park reservations when they had previously set reservations and were not able to make it.
When you're ready to plan your next visit, I would try the Disneyland Resort website method first. If that doesn't work, then you can
give a Cast Member at the Tickets line a call to get more information on the next steps.
I hope that helps, Ana! Thanks again for your question and I hope you enjoy your time at the Disneyland Resort once you're able to plan your next trip.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
