I purchased my tickets via AAA and have a Disney Reservation # but cannot link tickets on your website.

Hi Nancy, and welcome to planDisney! It's always such a pleasure to chat with a fellow Floridian. It sounds like you'll be hopping over to the Most Magical Place on Earth before you know it, so let's get your tickets linked and ready to go!

To link your tickets, the first thing we'll need to do is make sure you have a My Disney Experience account. It's free to set up, and it will hold all of those magical plans you're making! You'll find the steps for creating your account on the My Disney Experience page right here on the Walt Disney World website.

Okay, account all set? Next, we'll link those tickets. Let's go to the "Link Reservations and Purchases" page and then select "Tickets." That will take you to a page that asks for the ID number of your ticket. If you're having trouble finding it, you'll see lots of sample tickets off to the right that you can click on until you see one that looks like your ticket or voucher. That will help you find the number to link your ticket. Once you've got everything linked, head over to the Disney Park Pass page to make your theme park reservations, and get ready for the magic!

One more thing: be sure to download the My Disney Experience app to your phone, too. That will help you do all kinds of things in the parks like check attraction wait times and use Mobile Ordering to order up a tasty meal in no time!

Nancy, if you're still having trouble linking your tickets, you can go ahead and call Disney's Guest Relations at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands number, and a Cast Member will be happy to walk you through it.

I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Nancy. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
