Greetings and a warm welcome from us at planDisney, Tracey. As a fellow Oregonian, I can definitely relate to wanting to escape our current wintry weather to a warmer climate. Planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort sounds like the perfect remedy for this and I'm happy to help.
Oh boy! I love visiting the Disneyland Resort with a big group of family and friends. So much fun! You can absolutely purchase everyone's
theme park tickets as well as make their
theme park reservations through the
Disneyland app or on the Disneyland site. When I've done this in the past, I find the easiest way to share everyone's ticket with them is to forward the screenshot of the ticket to each person. You will just want to make sure you're logged into your Disney account when making the ticket purchase so they appear in your app.
Each person can then add their own ticket to their account in the Disneyland app. To do this, they will open the app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile and then the "+" in the top right corner. They will then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and type in the ticket ID number or use the "Camera" feature to scan the barcode.
Easy-peasy - that's all there is to it. Now all that's left is to start planning what to do (and what to eat) and start a magical countdown. There are so many wonderful things happening right now, especially with the
Disney100 Celebration in full swing. I enjoyed taking in all the
beautiful decorations and, of course, indulging in a
festive snack or two - my favorite was the Lemon Chiffon Pie. There are also two new nighttime spectaculars. I loved them both but especially loved seeing Baymax fly over Sleeping Beauty Castle during
Wondrous Journeys.
I hope this has been helpful and you have the information you were looking for, Tracey. Please come back and visit us with other questions as you continue to plan -
even ask me directly. Here's wishing you and your family and friends a most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth.
