Hi there, Lisa. Thanks for taking the time to visit us at planDisney with your question. Welcome!
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth around Halloween time. Since the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopened in late April, park reservations are required in advance, in addition to theme park tickets. I can see it can be confusing and frustrating to add an additional step to the ticket purchasing process. Once you’ve confirmed your theme park reservations, you should have received an email with the confirmation information, as well as a unique QR code for each ticket. If you didn’t receive an email, you can still check to see if your theme park reservations are confirmed.
You can easily do this on the
Disneyland mobile app. Lisa, if you have not downloaded the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app, I highly recommend you do so before arriving at the Disneyland Resort. In addition to accessing your theme park tickets and reservations saved to your account, you’ll also need the app for virtual queues to join boarding groups; Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disneyland Park and the new WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure both use virtual queues for boarding groups. Moreover, many quick service food locations throughout the theme parks also require you to make mobile food orders, and you can do so on the app.
To locate your theme park reservations, log into your Disney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the home page, below “Hello, (your name)!” you’ll see your Park Reservations with the date of your visit, as well as the park you will be exploring. You can also do this on
Disneyland Resort website as well, by logging into your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see “My Disneyland”; hover your cursor over it and click on “Ticket and Reservation Details”. Scroll a little bit and you’ll see “View My Park Reservations”. This will bring up your confirmed reservations.
I hope this information is helpful for you. Please visit us on
planDisney again if you have additional trip-planning questions.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
