I see you purchased some tickets during
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort! In order to make a theme park reservation, you’ll want to make sure your tickets are linked to your Disney Account and then go to Manage or Make Reservations. You’ll select the tickets you want to make a reservation and choose dates from what’s available. You will receive an email confirmation to the email address on file to confirm your reservation.
If that doesn’t work, it may be that you already have theme park reservations that were made during the purchase process. Buying tickets and making a theme park reservation is pretty seamless now and the system will not let you purchase tickets when theme park reservations are not available. It is most likely that you already have a theme park reservation. Go to the homepage on the Disneyland Mobile app and scroll down until you see Park Reservations. You would be able to see any theme park reservations there. You can also call
Ticket Services and have a Cast Member check your account and tickets to see if you have one.
